By accessing and using Cambodia Postal Code Directory ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides a free lookup tool for Cambodian postal codes, including:

  • Search functionality for provinces, districts, and communes
  • Postal code information in English and Khmer
  • Location-based postal code lookup
  • Offline-capable search with locally cached data
  • Search results that improve over time based on popular usage patterns

Local Data Storage

To enable fast, offline search:

  • The postal code database is downloaded and stored in your browser's local storage
  • This data is used solely for search functionality
  • Data may become outdated; refresh the page periodically for updates
  • You may clear this data at any time through your browser settings

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate postal code information:

  • The Service is provided for informational purposes only
  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data
  • Postal codes may change over time; always verify with official sources for critical use
  • You should confirm postal codes with Cambodia Post for official correspondence

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gotabs Consulting. The postal code data is provided for public use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOTABS CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or other intangibles
  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from any errors or omissions in the postal code data

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
